LBA Cedars Commerce

Cedars Commerce Center is an adaptive reuse of a 1,989,431 sq.ft, five story Sears Roebuck catalog distribution center in Dallas, TX.

In partnership with Hansford PM, our team’s role includes assisting LBA with:

• Addition of second story truck ramp for additional dock positions for a Dallas first multi story industrial building.

• Coordinate a multi phase redevelopment of a historic landmark near Downtown Dallas.

• Early procurement of key electrical gear. Able to obtain lead times unmatched in the industry as a result of relationships with preferred vendors.

• Facilitate the modernization of existing freight and passenger elevators, along with new freight and passenger elevator hoistways. Work in tandem with elevator vendor.
