Prior to acquisition of property / land.

Derive and implement environmental, social, and governance initiatives.

Coordination between ownership and the project team.

Assistance with identifying and purchasing long lead items.

Identifying elements where ownership can self perform to maintain schedule and drive down overhead.

Full project budget management and VE oversight.

Manage and coordinate with all parties involved through turnover.

Receive, review, and distribute all necessary close out information to facilities, management, and accounting.
